Puerto Vallarta Airport Transportation – Frequently Asked Questions

A: In Puerto Vallarta we only offer private transportation available for the moment If you are a single passenger you would have to pay for 2 people minimum, but you will get your own vehicle.
A: We recommend you book your airport transfers in Puerto Vallarta as soon as you have your flight and hotel information. During peak travel times, spaces can get booked up, and you would hate to get stuck having to haggle for a taxi at the airport. We can accommodate most bookings up until 5 pm one day prior to your arrival. Upon booking, you will receive a voucher with meeting instructions and a link to make the payment. In general, we request payment 48 hours prior to guarantee the service, however, we can accommodate last-minute bookings so long as the payment is received prior to your arrival.
A: Yes, in Puerto Vallarta since the transfer is private we can take you to your Air BNB or private home with no problem. If you are unsure of the zone feel free to contact us so we can give you the correct zone.
A: Our representatives, will be waiting for you outside the airport. After you collect your luggage and pass customs walk until you exit the airport, please ignore everyone inside as they are all time-share representatives. Once you are outside of the airport next to the Margarita Villa you will see our Transportation representative holding up a sign that says TPV.
A: For our transportation services in Puerto Vallarta, we have either Sedans for up to 3 people, or Vans for up to 7 people. If you have a group of more than 7 people, please contact us for a quote as we do have bigger vehicles available.
A: Due to the amount of flights we have for the moment we are only offering grocery stops for an additional cost on Mondays through Wednesdays.
A: Unfortunately, due to taxi union rules we are only providing arrival transfers from the airport to your hotel. For your departure, you can get a taxi from your hotel.
A: No worries, we have you covered. If you are on the same flight and it is delayed, not to worry, we are monitoring the arrivals and we will know your new arrival time. If your flight changes however, you will need to contact us prior and let us know so we can look out for you on your new flight. If you do not notify us, we cannot guarantee the service. But we are available via WhatsApp, email, and telephone, so we will be here to assist you.
A: The recommended amount of luggage is typically one large piece of luggage, and one smaller carry on per person. If you have larger pieces of luggage or additional items such as golf clubs, surf boards etc. you must book a Van and not the sedan.
A: Yes of course! Your driver will help you with your luggage whether you book a shuttle or private transfer in Puerto Vallarta. When they greet you at the airport, they will assist you in getting your luggage into the vehicle. Once at your hotel, they will assist you in getting your luggage to the bell hop at your hotel.
A: Yes, we do for an additional cost, if you are traveling to a hotel in Zones 1A to Zone 3 you need to pay for an additional passenger. However, you will be required to strap it in the drivers are unable to help you with that due to the insurance policy.
