Your kids can hug, frolic, and play with these cool aquatic mammals. They can even shake hands with their new friends before they leave the Cabo Dolphin Kids adventure! To say your kids will have smiles on their faces the entire time is an understatement.
Your kids will love to swim with dolphins in Cabo, but you’re worried about safety. That’s your job as a parent, but there’s nothing to be concerned about when it comes to our Cabo Dolphin Kids excursion. The Pacific Bottlenose dolphins are trained and extremely gentle, and the staff is also well-trained to work with kids. Your kids will be safe, comfortable, and ready to interact with dolphins.

Cabo Dolphin Swim for Kids Details
Los Cabos Dolphin Kids Includes:
Departures: Runs daily at 11:00 am (check-in required 30 minutes prior to activity) from most Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and Los Cabos Corridor hotels.
Length: Approximately 30 minutes.
Los Cabos Dolphin Kids Recommendations:
Children: Minimum age is 4 years old.
Cruise Ship Passengers: Unfortunately, this dolphin swim isn’t available for cruise guests but we have a great Dolphin Encounter program for you instead in San Jose del Cabo, check it out!
Restrictions: The maximum age limit for this dolphin program is 8 years old. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult but both parents (or even grandparents and other relatives too) can come along and watch the child from the observer’s area if they wish to. If arriving directly to the dolphin center, their admission is free of charge.
However, if parents want hotel transportation, they can pay $5usd per adult (or $2.50usd for any extra children not participating in the actual swim). Transportation is included for children participating in the program.
Insider Tip: If you want to be in the water with your child, book our Dolphin Encounter instead! This program gives you a 40-minute dolphin interaction (but note that you do need at least one paying adult for every child between 4-9 years old).
Groups: The groups of this dolphin program are limited to 8 children at a time. If you have a larger group, give us a call so that we can check availability for you and suggest the best program for your needs!
