Departures: Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays at 10:00am and 2:00pm.
Optional transportation available for an extra cost of $10.00 per person from Playa Del Carmen and Riviera Maya hotels. Observers cost is $15.00 per person. To be paid in cash on day of swim. Make sure you add a note in the special request box if you want to add transportation.

Children: Kids under 3.3’ are free with a paying adult but can only do the encounter activity with the dolphins, add a note in the special request box so we confirm them with your reservation. Children under 3.3’ cannot participate in the manatee encounter.
Kids 3.3’ to 3.9’ may participate with 2 paying adults per child.
Kids 3.9’ to 4.6’ may participate with a paying adult per child.
Kids 4.6’ and over may participate at the adult rate.
Cruise Ship Passengers: This is a great shore excursion for cruise lines arriving in Cozumel. You will need to take a ferry to Playa Del Carmen (ferry price not included).
Restrictions: Pregnant women cannot participate in dolphin swims. Sunscreen (bio-degradable sunscreen is ok) and jewelry are not allowed for the dolphins safety.
