Children under the age of 5 are free if they sit on an adult’s lap, but will have to pay the regular entrance fee to Chichen Itza. Children 5-11 years old pay a discounted rate.
Important Note: The Nights of Kukulcán Light and Sound Show is subject to weather conditions. The show may be canceled in bad weather.
Cruise Ship Passengers: Unfortunately, this tour is not compatible with cruise itineraries. We recommend taking another tour like the Private Tulum Express instead! Tulum is another amazing Mayan Ruin located on the coast of the Riviera Maya, making it a little more accessible for coordinating with cruise ship scheduling.
Restrictions: Wheelchair guests are welcome so long as the wheelchair is foldable and they’re accompanied by at least one person. Unfortunately, our bus doesn’t have a wheelchair ramp for non-foldable wheelchairs. Should you require a ramp, contact us for a personalized quote.
