Notes for Yelapa and Quimixto:

• In Puerto Vallarta, the waterfalls at Quimixto and Yelapa change size with the seasons. They're stunning in the rainy season but less so in the dry season.
• Please note that the horses and mules in Quimixto are small and owned by a local ranch, not us. You can rent them, but they may not meet North American standards.
• In Yelapa, we suggest walking to the waterfall instead of using mules. Or, if you prefer, skip the waterfall and enjoy more time exploring Yelapa or relaxing on the beach.
