Our adventure begins from Boca de Tomatlan. Boca is a small fishing village and also Puerto Vallarta's southernmost coastal town accessible by road. Both beginners and expert paddlers welcome. Our guides will give you a safety briefing and be sure everyone is comfortable before we paddle out to Colomitos beach.
Snorkeling Playa Colomitos
Once we reach Colomitos beach, we will take a short break before gearing up with our snorkeling equipment. There are white sands and turquoise and azure shades of water waiting for you to explore the abundant marine life. Our biologist and naturalist guides are experts in tracking down marine life. Stick close by and they can point out starfish, eels, urchins, rays, multiple tropical fish and maybe even a sea turtle!
After snorkeling the Colomitos cove, you will have an hour to enjoy the beautiful tropical landscape while exploring Playa Colomitos, the small waterfall or just relaxing on the soft-sanded beach. Finally we will refuel with a picnic lunch before paddling our way back to Boca de Tomatlan.

Children: The minimum age for this activity is 8 years old. Although we have life jackets, it is recommended that children have prior swimming experience.
Cruise Ship Passengers: We are happy to accommodate most cruise ship passengers with a later departure from the meeting location in Marina Vallarta, just a short taxi from your ship. Please just provide us with your cruise ship itinerary when making the booking.
Restrictions: For your safety, pregnant women and people with back, neck or heart problems are not able to participate in this activity.
Insider Tip: If you have a Go-Pro or other type of water-proofing for your digital camera or cell phone, definitely bring it along. The view as you paddle into Colomitos cove is stunning. Also, don’t forget the float strap so you don’t lose your camera!
