Next stop is the "tortillaria" where we will not be taking home already made tortillas. Instead we will pick up the "maza", the dough used to make tortillas so you can learn to press your own tortillas by hand. All ingredients on hand, you will be invited to the chef's home to begin the yummy part, the cooking class!
