Sailing to Islas Marietas National Park & Snorkeling Excursion Includes:
Departures: Runs Tuesday-Sunday (March-December only) at 8:00am from Puerto Vallarta. Pick-up is available for Nuevo Vallarta hotel guests at the Paradise Village public pier (exact instructions will be on your confirmation voucher).
Length: Approximately 7.5 Hours.
Sailing to Islas Marietas National Park & Snorkeling Excursion Recommendations:
Children: All ages are welcome. Children under 5 years old are free of charge. Children 5-10 pay a discounted rate.
Cruise Ship Passengers: Check-in for this excursion is at 7:30am making it too early for most cruise itineraries. If your main goal is to visit the Marietas Islands, you should check-out our Eco Tourism section for some express snorkeling options. Restrictions: Pregnant women, guests with respiratory or heart conditions cannot participate in snorkeling. If you have mobility issues or are pregnant, we suggest checking out our larger catamaran boat rides; a sailboat isn’t as stable as a larger motorized vessel and need to be able to climb a ladder of 4 steps.
Insider Tip: Although we can’t guarantee access to the famous Hidden Beach (marine park officials are very strict about tide and weather conditions) contact us with your travel dates if you’re interested and we’ll do our best to get you in.
