First, your Puerto Vallarta SUP lesson begins with a personalized lesson on the beach. Next we will hit the water on our knees as we paddle out past the waves, then in no time you'll be on your feet paddling away. Within the first hour lesson, you’ll be able to stand up, find your center of gravity and paddle your way through Banderas Bay with more confidence every minute.
Once you've mastered your SUP lesson in Puerto Vallarta, your SUP tour begins. Your SUP tour will take you to paddle along the shoreline of the city’s iconic boardwalk, the Malecon. The view of Puerto Vallarta's city center and its historical cathedral are amazing from the unique vantage point of your stand up paddle board. SUP is a perfect way to experience the bay. While you glide silently across the water, be sure to look out for dolphins, sea turtles & other sea life. Your guides are out in Banderas Bay every day, so they will do your best to help you spot the marine life too.
Once you’re finished on the SUP board, this tour includes full access to the beach club so that you can spend the rest of your day in complete relaxation. Departures: Departs daily at your leisure from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. Meeting point is at the beach nar the Malecon – exact instructions will be given upon booking.

Puerto Vallarta SUP Lessons Recommendations:
Children: All ages welcome. Children pay same as adults. Keep in mind that younger children would need to ride on their parent’s board. If this is your first time learning SUP, you may want to re-consider taking your small children. Let us know at booking the ages of your children and we can possibly arrange to have your child with the guide.
Cruise Ship Passengers: Located just 15 minutes from the cruise pier, this is a perfect Puerto Vallarta shore excursion! You set the schedule and you end your tour at one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta! It doesn’t get much better than that.
Restrictions: Please note that all tours depart depending the conditions of the ocean. We cannot control Mother Nature and she loves to throw us last minute curve balls sometimes. If the waves are too strong, your guide may recommend for you to re-schedule your lesson. Early morning tours are best for calmer waters.
