Scuba in La Corbeteña

With its crystal clear waters and incredible visibility, La Corbeteña is a dive site you don’t want to miss. Northwest of Puerto Vallarta, 36 miles off the shore, you’ll find the rock that marks the spot where caves, arches, and steep walls await those underwater explorers experienced enough to cope with the sometimes challenging currents.

Once you’re beneath the waves you’ll enjoy close encounters with huge schools of jacks, giant rays, reef sharks, sailfish, marlin and whale sharks.

To scuba in La Corbeteña and El Sequial is to experience some of the most striking landscapes under the sea. At El Sequial, located outside of Banderas Bay, there is unique a submerged tabletop island that is a haven to a huge variety of marine life.
