So, here's how it works. When you arrive, your bilingual guide will provide you with a special helmet that goes over your head and sits on your shoulders. This comfortable helmet provides a continuous flow of air, so you can breathe with ease when you're underwater.
Once your helmet is in place, it's time for the fun to begin! While most Cozumel diving excursions require certification, you can go up to 25 feet below the surface without any special training. After you reach your desired depth, just take a stroll. It kind of feels like walking in space, but you're under the water instead of up in the air.
During your stroll, you'll see an abundance of fish and sea creatures. From big to small, Cozumel's most exciting marine life is on display on this adventure.

Sea Trek Adventure & Beach Tour Details
Sea Trek & Chankanaab or Beach Restaurant Combo Includes:

Departures: Monday-Saturday every hour from 8:00am to 4:00pm; meet us at our Beach Restaurant in Downtown Cozumel (exact instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher) and use the facilities as long as you want after your immersion, OR take a cab to Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park.
Length: Approximately 1 hour
Note: Chankanaab Park has an admission fee but you get a 35% discount if purchasing the general entrance with your Sea Trek reservation (further instructions will be on your confirmation). The general entrance gives you access to the bathrooms, dressing rooms, showers, hammocks, lounge chairs, inlet swimming area, pre-hispanic replicas, tropical garden, mayan hut & kids playground. Other activities are at your own expense.

Children: Minimum age is 8 years old. Children 8-11 pay a discounted rate.
Cruise Ship Passengers: This is the perfect shore excursion for cruise guests! Our Beach Restaurant is a 4-minute walk south of the Punta Langosta pier or a 7-minute taxi ride north of the Carnival pier & SSA International (Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, etc.). Chankanaab Park is 12-minutes south of Punta Langosta and 8-minutes south of the other two piers.
Restrictions: Pregnant women, guests with mobility issues, respiratory or heart conditions cannot participate.
Insider Tip: Our beach restaurant is beautiful but isn't much of a beach club per se… Snorkeling is great but it isn't a sandy beach. If you're looking for a full-on Caribbean beach to relax, take a swim and have a drink, your best option is Chankanaab Park.

IMPORTANT!! Help protect marine life. Sunscreen (even bio-degradable) has been proven harmful to the Cozumel's coral systems. Please apply your sunscreen after the Sea Trek, or make sure to wash it off before entering the ocean
