Custom Private Excursion Includes:

Departures: Runs daily on your schedule, our driver will meet you at the Playa del Carmen to Cozumel ferry pier (exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher).

Length: Your choice! From 3-12 hours (extra hours available for $50usd per hour).

Children: All ages welcome. For valid insurance coverage, all children must be accounted for in your party (example, if you have 8 passengers plus one child, you must upgrade to the larger 9-passenger van). Free car seats are available for children 0-5 years old, just make sure to let us know if you need one under the ‘special requests’ section of your shopping cart.

Cruise Ship Passengers: This is the best option for cruise passengers to visit anything from authentic Mayan Ruins to Cenote adventure parks in the mainland! Simply taxi to the ferry pier on Cozumel Island and purchase tickets to Playa del Carmen. Our driver will meet you in the ferry terminal, right by the Señor Frog’s Restaurant holding a sign with your name on it.

The ferries run every hour, so you’ll have to start your service two hours after your ship has docked (example, if your ship arrives at 8:00am, you’ll catch the 9:00am ferry and start your tour at 10:00am).

Restrictions: Vans with wheelchair ramps are available although prices may vary. Give us a call for a quote!

Insider Tip: The area limit for this service is between Cancun & Tulum. If you’re hoping to explore authentic Mayan ruins, choose to go south of Playa del Carmen to Tulum and visit any of the many Mayan cenotes along the way.

Cancun is north of Playa del Carmen and most famous for its shopping districts but there aren’t a lot of nature activities going on around there, or Mayan Ruins.
