Children: Minimum age for the Apex boat whale watching is 5 years old for your child's safety. Children ages 5 to 11 pay a discounted rate.
Cruise Ship Passengers: This whale watching shore excursion fits most cruise schedules, however this provider has direct contracts with several cruise ships. You will need to contact us to verify if you can book the discounted rate online with us, or you may have to book directly with your ship.
Restrictions: This is a bouncy high-speed boat. Expectant mothers and those with recent or chronic back or neck injuries will not be permitted. Maximum weight is 120 kg (265 lbs) You will be expected to sign a liability waiver to participate.
Insider Tip: Smaller boats are able to safely maneuver closer to the whales safely for both you, and the comfort and safety of the whales. This is a great option for whale watching in Cabo, but be prepared for a bumpy ride.
